First meeting of KEPCO board of directors was held since the start of Iranian New Year at the presence of deputy oil minster Dr. Manouchehri and new board members.
Dr. Manouchehri expressed his gratitude for the non-stop effort of former board members. He added the expansion of exploration activities in north of the country requires comprehensive planning which facilitates international investors.
KEPCO new managing director Mr. Mohsen Delaviz has pointed out the need to work out new schemes for oil and gas contracts to encourage international oil companies to invest in deepwater exploration and production in Caspian Sea which requires extensive experience as well as modern technology.
