Mr. Manouchehri the Director of Engineering and Development Affairs of NIOC and senior managements of KEPCO were present in inaugural.
Mr. Kardor endorsed Dr. Delaviz past managerial experience and competency in order to magnetize international investments in Caspian Sea oil and gas projects. He added the positive atmosphere of post-JCPA Agreement promotes investment of big international oil companies in Caspian Sea projects and facilitates the transfer of technology required for deepwater exploration and production.
